Precision Technical Service’s pressure and vacuum calibration services are offered in our ISO 17025 accredited calibration lab for physical test and measurement equipment. We offer service lab precision solutions in the physical disciplines of force/mass, pressure/vacuum, and torque. Our 600 square feet pressure lab is dedicated to calibration and repair of pressure equipment by major manufacturers including, Ashcroft, Wika, McDaniels, Heise, USG, Sensotec, and ITT Barton.  

Using a gas-based system, pressure gauge calibration and pressure transducers calibration solutions are performed to a vacuum standard up to 30,000 PSI.  Never using oil pressure calibration, PTS is an ideal partner for oxygen gauge calibrations.  As part of our pressure calibration solutions, PTS will clean gauges that have been contaminated, restoring them to cleanroom specifications for oxygen use.

Our torque calibration and torque standard calibration capabilities include high-torque applications and low-torque specifications.  A leader in calibration for precision manufacturing, PTS is accredited for measuring torque as low as .5 inch ounces and as high as 2000 foot-pounds.
